What it delivers
The VancEpic VH10KR-NG 100,000 BTU Natural Gas Tankless Water Heater is a non-condensing gas tankless with a stated maximum flow of 4.3 GPM.
The listing doesn't state the BTU input, so its flow at your temperature rise can't be estimated from its own figures. The planner shows what your house needs.
Its exhaust runs hot, so the vent must be the material its manual lists, usually stainless; budget for the vent kit.
Also on the listing: features: LED Display; model: VH10KR-NG.
The listing gives dimensions of 14.17 in (W) x 22.05 in (H).
