VancEpic V-RH13K-LPG 130,000 BTU Propane Tankless Water Heater

What it delivers

The VancEpic V-RH13K-LPG 130,000 BTU Propane Tankless Water Heater is a propane tankless with a 130,000 BTU/h burner and a stated maximum flow of 5.3 GPM.

Flow depends on how cold the incoming water is. Our estimate from its input: 4.4 GPM at a 45°F rise, falling to 2.9 GPM at 70°F, which is 1 shower at 2 GPM on a cold-climate winter day. Size it to your fixtures and climate.

The line must deliver about 1.4 gallons of propane an hour when it fires flat out. The requirement calculator adds it up; a licensed fitter confirms the pipe.

Its exhaust runs hot, so the vent must be the material its manual lists, usually stainless; budget for the vent kit.

Also on the listing: features: LED Display; connections: 3/4" npt; material: 5.3GPM 130,000 BTU (Indoor); model: V-RH13K-LPG; warranty: 2 Year Manufacturer.

What size gas line does the VancEpic V-RH13K-LPG 130,000 BTU Propane Tankless Water Heater need?
